As is the case with most technology trade fairs across the globe, companies start spilling beans to media outlets about their upcoming products before the event begins. We saw Dangbei do it with their built-in battery-incorporated Ultra-Portable projector. Now it’s Yaber who came to the party and teased their K3 Series Projectors lineup, which is set to be showcased at IFA 2024.
Being hailed as the company’s brightest projectors to date, the K3 Series features K3 and K3 Pro, with the latter featuring a subwoofer, which is quite a rarity in projectors. Both projectors promise to deliver a cinematic experience with 1080p FHD resolution and 1,600 ANSI lumens brightness, projecting images ranging from 40 to 200 inches even in well-lit rooms. While it’s uncertain if these features will be enough to compete with major brands like Epson and BenQ, the K3 Series represents Yaber’s strongest effort so far. Well at least strong enough to stand on par with Xgimi, one of its fierce competitors in the home entertainment domain.
To ensure the projector delivers exceptional visuals, the company has employed exclusive NovaGlow optical technology that ensures sharp, vivid true-to-life clear images. To support the visual prowess, Yaber has incorporated a built-in audio system with dual 15W JBL speakers and Dolby Audio in its K3 projector, while K3 Pro features a subwoofer for richer bass. Combined, these features create an immersive audio experience for the user.
Other notable features include Auto Focus, Auto Keystone Correction, Intelligent Screen Alignment for seamless setup, and Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance for optimal image alignment. Though these magic lanterns are slated to be showcased at IFA 2024, Yaber is leaving no stone unturned in already marketing its K3 and K3 Pro models. A company insider tells me, “We have booked several articles in advance for the third and fourth quarter and plan on doing heavy promotion in the coming year too.”

As of other aspects are concerned, K3 series comes with a built-in TV dongle offering access to over 7,000 apps, including Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube. “Furthermore, K3 can also be controlled via voice commands, and NFC Tap allows easy content transfer from both Apple and Android phones,” states the company. Available for $499 and $599, respectively, the K3 and K3 Pro can be purchased from Yaber’s official website.
