Australian builder Designer Eco Tiny Homes is adept at creating luxurious single-level dwellings that cater to individual and family needs seamlessly. A case in point is the XL Series 9600NLC tiny house which sleeps four people in its uninterrupted free-flowing layout within a sun-bathed interior. Large windows and a big sliding glass door pour in plenty of natural light and views of the surroundings to keep it energy-efficient and immersive for the dwellers.

Measuring 31.4 feet long and 7.8 feet wide, the XL tiny house is road-legal. Its single-level layout removes the cumbersome ladders and stairs to the loft in favor of accommodating a ground floor bedroom, a walkthrough bathroom, a living room designed for entertainment and a complete kitchen. Along the entrance, there is a small space meant to place a tiny dining table setup.

While at first glance, it may look like there is no storage space in the house, the builder has deftly incorporated bedroom wardrobes and kitchen cabinets to fit every necessity for two people. After all, the purpose of a tiny house is to declutter.

The best thing is the generous living area flanked by three large windows. It can fit a sofa bed or daybed along with a coffee table. The addition of a convertible bed can accommodate overnight guests. You can have a wall-mounted television to save floor space.

The kitchen is packed with modern appliances to let you whip lavish meals. It has plenty overhead and under-counter cabinets to store essentials. The walkthrough bathroom is nothing fancy to write about but it gets the job done. With a shower stall, toilet, and sink, it offers required sanitary facilities.

At the end of the house, the bedroom has tall ceilings, which makes it feel spacious. Two large windows further enhance the effect, while cabinets and wardrobes provide storage.

The XL Series 9600NLC tiny house is priced at AUD 134,900 (roughly $87,700). The builder also offers selected upgrades to make it more suitable for the dwellers. Although the price may seem higher given that it is a two-person home, the amenities and sleek design make it worth every penny.
