There is a growing need for furniture that is suitable for the home-office environment in the post-pandemic era. Whether it’s a camper, a tiny house, or a traditional home, people want furniture that can assist them in daily chores, become a home-office base, and cover the least amount of space. One such piece of furniture suitable for constrained space is the Willow side table.
Designed with a flexible workspace in mind, the designer duo of Jeff Theesfeld and Shaun Smith (Union Design) created the side table for KFI Studios. Boasting a C-shape, the table is made of plywood and features wheels for added mobility. As per the designers, the wooden wheels have non-marking rubber tires for easy maneuvering on hard or soft floors. The plywood body with a tough laminate surface helps the Willow side table withstand the rigor of heavy use.
Flaunting a minimalistic vibe, the side table is an ergonomic piece of furniture. You can notice a groove on the underside of the table that allows you to pull it. Additionally, the angled bottom surface allows you to elevate your feet and keep them in an upright position for ideal circulation.

The table is compatible with all sorts of chairs and sofas. Available in ash, dark chestnut, and white laminate, the table fits up to a 17-inch laptop, along with a coffee mug and other nitty-gritty items.
