Italy-based innovative startup EnKi Stove Srl has created a revolutionary camp stove that runs on biomass. Designed to use any kind of organic material available in the nature, the stove lets its user cook and grill like a pro.
Made from aluminum and stainless steel, the easy to use stove works well with dry biomass and can create a clean and powerful flame without causing any unpleasant smell. In addition, it also eliminates the necessity of carrying gas tanks and charcoal. The minimally designed and compact camp stove weighs only 1.3 kg and it works like any other fan-powered stove.
Camp stove features solar panel and has a battery installed. By feeding it with dry biomass, one can easily start cooking on the stove. Made available in two variants, i.e., Wild and Wild+, the light and compact travel companion is a strong and durable stove that aims to offer long-lasting experience to its user.
Giving every nature lover a chance to say goodbye to traditional burners that operate on gas and release harmful gases, the waste left by Wild is an organic charcoal (BioChar) that is suitable for soil modification, increasing fertility, and absorbing harmful substances.
Made in Italy, the Wild by EnKi Stove is currently up for crowdfunding on Kickstarter. If you want to make it a must have accessory in your camping gear, the early bird price is €160 (approx. $184). Expected to ship by June 2016, the camping stove will be shipped anywhere in the world.
