If you are one of those who experiences motion sickness in VR, "Made for Meta" Roto VR Explorer gaming chair is here to help

It is a motorized chair that rotates 360-degrees with your head movement, providing smooth locomotion without inducing nausea during VR sessions

The chair has an electric motor in its wheeled base that can spin the user  at a top speed of 21 rotations per minute. Of course, speed would depend in the intensity of the head movement

Roto Chair rotates your body, and you do not need to 'snap-turn' with joysticks to move about, one of the amin reason for dizziness in VR

The chair movement signals to your brain that your body is moving with the changing environment, preventing the sensual confusion causing VR motion sickness

These movement features are powered by a Head-Tracker that attaches to a head strap of the Meta Quest headset

The chair has a rumble pack on the underside of the seat that synchronizes with game audio to deliver immersive vibrations, for better VR experience

It also has a built-in Cable Magazine with USB-C headset charging (15W) and power for the haptic features

Roto VR Chair supports all Meta Quest line of products, and other headsets such as Vive XR Elite, Pico Neo 3 and soon Apple Vision pro

It is available for pre-order at £799 (approx. $1,000), with delivery expected in October
