Texas-based Massimo Modular has conceptualized a smart prefab home that looks straight out of a sci-fi movie

These modular homes are shipped in a large flatbed trailer and then installed in a couple of hours

The E9 model is one of the biggest models by the company, with a 409-sqft build area

The house measures 37.7L x 10.8W 10.5H ft and can sleep four people

Plumbing, electricity, and HVAC are pre-installed and you simply need to plug them in on-site

The modular house has a smart system that lets you control lights, curtains, AC, and heated floor with your smartphone

There are large floor-to-ceiling windows on both the ends to offer panoramic views from inside

Owing to the modular splicing structure, these homes can resist earthquakes over level 8 and typhoons over level 12

Massimo Modular smart prefab homes can be installed in different terrains and are designed to last up to 70 years
