Kia PV5 WKNDR Camper Concept Features Modular Interior Space

Kia has joined the growing list of brands like Volkswagen, Ford, and Thor Industries who have launched their electric campervans, with its PV5 WKNDR EV Van concept

It is based on Kia’s recently debuted line of EV PBVs (Purpose Beyond Vehicles), designed for small business and delivery functionality

Aptly termed as the “Swiss Army Knife on wheels”, the campervan features a highly flexible and adaptable modular interior that can be customized to different needs

As seen in the pictures and SEMA Show, the cabin has drop-down seats on both sides with a makeshift table

One side of the cabin has sliding mechanism on the wall for storage purposes

The driving section can also have a lounge chair with its base folding out from the floor and seat modules from the walls

The pop-up roof creates enough height inside while there is also a possibility to setup a rooftop tent

The van’s “Gear Head” feature provides off-board, sheltered storage space for gear when the vehicle is stationary and it can even be turned into a mobile pantry

The van comes with solar panels and unique hydro turbine wheels that can recharge the batteries for many uses

Equipped with off road tires and solar panels, the PV5 WKNDR campervan can be take you extended weekends trips in nature
