Tru Form Tiny has built hundreds of custom tiny homes to date and the number is only increasing with time. Adding to the tally, the Oregon-based tiny house builder has launched a new model of its Urban Park tiny houses. Measuring 18-feet-long and 11-feet-wide, the all-new Urban Park Studio is designed as a backyard dwelling that can be used as a home office, studio apartment, or just an extension of the existing home.
The Urban Park Studio offers 248-square-feet of living space. It has a small living room, kitchenette, loft bedroom, and large windows that fills the interior spaces with abundance of natural light.
The living room has an L-shaped sofa, a small coffee table, and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is outfitted with a sink, wooden countertop, induction cooktop, small refrigerator, and plenty of storage. There is also a bathroom with a full-size stand-up shower, vanity, and a full-height hallway closet with a pair of drawers.
The sloped roofline is another highlight of the tiny house that creates a mezzanine to serve as a sleeping area. The client also opted for custom-decking and stairs outside.

The exterior boasts a white and black color scheme that looks stunning. On the inside, there are white painted walls with wood accents and tile flooring for a chic, farmhouse-style look.
Tru Form Tiny has taken about one year to complete this part model tiny house. If you are interested in the model, the base price starts at $87,500.
