Often we stumble upon quaint micro-dwellings that have incredible design layout and provide ample room for big families while sticking to the true side of the downsized living. Indigo River Tiny Homes, one of the leading manufacturers of custom tiny houses based out of Texas, is adept in the craft of creating unique compact abodes for a variety of needs of its clients. The Tree Tiny House by the builder is a gooseneck based on its Entertainer floor plan and features a balcony and three bedrooms to accommodate a large family.
The clever layout of the 48-foot-long micro-dwelling packs two stand-up lofts, a spacious living area, a large kitchen, a big bathroom, and a balcony. It is a perfect home for a growing family.
The Tree tiny house on wheels is built on a 38-foot-long trailer base and is 10-foot-wide. It has a 2-foot bump out at one end and an 8-foot gooseneck balcony extension on the other end, prolonging the length to 48 feet, making it the biggest model designed by the builder.
Offering 399 square feet of well-designed living space, the house has cedar cladding all around with an accent wall in the front that has live-edge cedar slab details running along. A large exterior storage shed is created under one of the lofts and accessible from both front and back. It is a great place to store water tanks, outdoor accessories, and miscellaneous items.
A single yellow door opens into the kitchen. The kitchen is huge and roomier and features turquoise cabinets, quartz countertops, and a beautiful onyx stone backsplash. It has a farmhouse sink, a four-burner cooktop, a microwave, a drawer dishwasher, open shelving, overhead and under-counter cabinets, and a full-size refrigerator. Moreover, there is dining space for six people.

A large and cozy living room is designed to serve as a relaxation nook. It has a full-size sofa opposite a wall-mounted television in an alcove. There is also a round side table and a storage unit. A bump-out window is placed here and provides extra seating.
Opposite the living room, a full bathroom is designed to take care of the sanitary needs of the residents. It has a jetted bathtub/shower unit, a toilet, a vanity sink, and space for a washer/dryer.
There are two lofts to provide sleeping arrangements. One of the lofts is designed with a Jack and Jill-style shelving system to create two separate bedrooms with much-needed privacy and full-standing height along with plenty of storage. A handcrafted cherry wood railing overlooks the downstairs.

The primary bedroom is on the other side of the house and has enough headroom for standing upright. It includes a king-size bed platform, a big closet, and a chest of drawers. The gooseneck balcony is accessible from the bedroom. It has plenty of room for a table set, a cabinet with a sink and a draining board, and an integrated wine refrigerator. It is an ideal setup for al-fresco dinners and sipping your coffee.
The solid cherry wood accents are prevalent inside the house and on the outside as well. The move-in ready Tree tiny house costs $275,000, but the base price for this house starts at $175,000.

Nice
Vibrant beautiful designs. Love the front balcony with the mini exterior kitchen.
What would be so great would be a tip up wide stair inset in the side so the white weather proof “plastic” steps and a retractable awning almost instantly creates a quick exterior space to enjoy.
I’d like to some information I’m buying a tiny home
