Updated: 17 February, 2022: The Transformer Table 3.0 had successfully been funded on Kickstarter and now can also be purchased from the official website.
A Canada-based startup that created the popular transforming dining table has come with the third generation of the table. They have launched the Transformer Table 3.0 furniture collection comprising hardwood tables, benches, coffee tables and chairs designed to help people save floor space in homes.
The all-new Transformer Table 3.0 allows users to adjust the size of the tabletop according to the number of persons. At one moment it accommodates one person but can be expanded for a bigger gathering or a dinner party in just a few seconds. It can support 750 lbs of weight when expanded.
When compared to the older version, it has improved design, gliding rail mechanism, and ceramic lacquer protective finish as well as there are new finishes and material choices for the table.
It makes use of a magnetite-grade steel ball-bearing telescopic mechanism, allowing you to extend the table from 18 inches to its full size of 118 inches.

Apart from the third generation Transformer Table, the collection also includes a Transformer Bench, coffee table, and a stackable chair, all of them available in different finishes to match your style.
These furniture pieces are designed to be worked in conjunction with each other. Some of them also have multiple functions like the coffee table that not only stores unused table panels but can also be used as a shelf.
These transforming furniture units are currently up for crowd-funding on Kickstarter. You can back the campaign for about $1,200 to get one Transformer Table 3.0 along with a free coffee table in December 2019.
