Canada-based builder, Fritz Tiny Homes, debuted in the tiny house industry with a bang and has made headlines with several of its models, including the flagship Fritz Tiny Home and the latest Halcyon line. The builder has also created many custom dwellings. The Trahan tiny house on wheels is one such micro-dwelling, which is a customized home with a yoga studio, home office, mini gym, dropped loft bedroom, complete kitchen, and a residential-style bathroom.
For this house, the manufacturers created a charming amalgamation of A-frame cabins and a Mid-Century Modern mansion vibe. According to Fritz Tiny Homes, the client, an at-home yoga instructor, wanted space to add her Peloton bike and an 8×8 yoga room to teach remotely. The result is an astoundingly spacious dwelling with separate nooks for yoga, gym, and working from home, along with traditional features.
The 32-foot-long Trahan tiny house boasts a black metal exterior with Douglas fir interrupted by big windows and a split roof. The French doors open into the living room, which is set against a giant window and fits a couch with hidden storage. For yoga classes, the space next to the living room has been left empty and clutter-free for flexibility and movement.
Next is a dining area – which morphs into the concrete kitchen countertops – that also doubles as an office desk. The kitchen features a refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, microwave, ventilation hood, sink, and plenty of under-counter cabinets. A big cabinet is opposite the cooking station to store essentials.

Past the kitchen, a bathroom, staircase, and the mini gym are located. The gym comprises a Peloton bike, and shelves for holding towels, weights, and other workout gear. Next is a large bathroom that has plenty of movement space. It has a dry toilet with an RV-style hookup, vanity sink, standing shower, washer/dryer unit, and extra storage.
Overhead, a spacious loft bedroom is located, which is accessible via a storage ladder. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with storage on one side.
The Trahan tiny house is a gorgeous custom build, which must have cost somewhere between $130,000-$180,000 to the client. If you want this model to be your dream home, you can contact the builder.
