Tiny homes are going big; both in terms of configurations and prices. Although the industry was based on the idea of providing affordable, compact, and flexible living units, it has morphed into so much more. With design, experimentation comes naturally and the tiny house industry is not the one to shy from getting unabashedly and unapologetically creative.
An example of such creativity is the Toroa tiny house by New Zealand-based Ruru Tiny Homes, which features a light-filled interior measuring 532 sq. ft. with a U-shaped kitchen, a huge bathroom, two lofts connected with a walkway, and a bright and airy living area.
Priced at $125,800, the Toroa tiny house is an amazing deal if you have a growing family and the buck to spare. The Toroa is a double-story house on wheels with high ceilings and a lively interior. Giant glass doors open into the living room, which is the central space of the home. The living room has plenty of space for a big couch under the walkway, a coffee table, and a couple of side tables.
On the right side of the living room is a staircase and a bathroom at the end. The stairs lead to the walkway connecting the loft bedrooms. Both bedrooms are designed to offer height and space and can fit a king-size bed or twin beds.

Downstairs, the bathroom comes with a choice of toilet style, a full-standing shower cabin, a vanity sink, a closet, and a washing machine hookup. The builder has created a small room to fit the bathroom to make it a full-blown residential-style setup.
On the other end of the house, a full, U-shaped kitchen lets you whip delectable meals for the entire family. Flanked by big windows on three sides, it is equipped with a four-burner cooktop, a gorgeous amount of wooden countertops, a sink, an oven, space for a dishwasher, dining space for four, place for a full-size fridge, and a generous amount of under-counter cabinets and drawers.

Ruru Tiny Homes also offers another layout for the Toroa tiny house, where the kitchen takes the central space under the walkway and the living room is backed into the end. Along with feature customization options, you can choose finishes, colors, and materials.
The Toroa comes fully insulated and has timber frames, SIP structural roofing panels, RV-style hookups to mains, and gas. For complete off-grid upgrades, the maker also offers heating and solar panel pre-installs.

This is a lovely Tiny Home. If it could be mine I would have no small window behind the sofa where more wall art can be showed off and them have a larger window on the landing to the bedrooms. The windows in the kitchen should also be wider if not also higher. The bathroom and closet is a dream. Love it. ❤
