One of the most underrated pros of living in a tiny house is the close proximity it serves. Being compact (yet clutter-free), there is literally very small space to avoid your partner and it could actually help in improving relationships (or breaking one completely). However, I prefer the brighter side of things and want to introduce one such couple-friendly tiny house perfect for partners who can’t get enough of each other’s company.
Toccoa Tiny House on wheels by Wind River is a small dwelling that boasts a classic and versatile design, inside out. Finished in tuff-Rib metal roof and red cedar cladding, Toccoa comes in three different sizes ranging from 24 feet to 30 feet in length. We’ll however be taking the 24-foot model into consideration.
Ideal for two dwellers, it features a spacious interior that comprises a small living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. As you step inside the dwelling via its fiberglass doors, you are welcomed by an open living area that features a sofa. Built-in options by Wind River Furniture are also available if you want to add a worktop desk to the space.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen which includes closed lower cabinets (shaker or flat panel) with soft close hardware and finish-grade plywood boxes along with Open upper shelving. Not to mention the butcher block counter with drop-in stainless or composite sink. As far as the electric appliances are concerned, there are a two-burner electric cooktop, a fridge, and a combo washer/dryer hookup, too.
The kitchen also includes integrated space for dining alongside a built-in desk, for workaholic couples who cannot resist working while on the road. Next to the kitchen is a round-bowl gravity flush toilet and a 36 x 34-inch bathroom (with shower pan) catering to your hygienic needs. The tiny house relies on a freshwater hose inlet and onboard shut-off valve and pressure reducer for its water requirement while a 50 AMP RV hookup provides electricity to the home.

There is no dearth of windows in the tiny house to allow plenty of natural light to pass inside the home and keep Toccoa airy and bright. Costing $86,900, the tiny house is a complete package and an ideal dwelling for couples.
