There is so much obscurity about where the tiny house trend is heading. On one hand, YouTube, HGTV, and Netflix have left no stone unturned in glamorizing the tiny house lifestyle. At the same time, on the other side, platforms like Twitter and Reddit, have posed serious questions about trailers being rebranded as tiny homes, when all they are is a RV. Timberwolf 16ML tiny house designed by Forest River RV is what I plan to bring to your attention today, more so, when it is being touted as a game changer in the RV market.
Essentially, the Timberwolf 16 ML tiny house is a 27.9 feet long RV, but if you pay close attention to its details, it’s no less than a full-fledged tiny house on wheels. Why do I say so? Well, if you have a close look at its interior you will spot two loft bedrooms. How often do you see a loft in an RV, leave the bedroom aside. Very few, I assume!
However, Timberwolf 16 ML not only accommodates loft bedrooms but even offers many open views inside the travel trailer. One of the bedrooms comes accoutered with multiple storage options including a closet. Not to mention, a fireplace that is incorporated inside the wall. Had I been a tiny house fanatic, I would have adored the idea, but being a tiny house critic, I’d take the liberty to call this idea stupid as well.
The fireplace could have been avoided and more storage could have been added in that space. Nevertheless, the micro dwelling still sleeps four people comfortably. The RV is flooded with other jam-packed features that could give Airstream a run for its money. Case in point, the mobile habitat features ceiling mounted lighted alongside a subwoofer with accent lighting that adds aesthetics to the core structure.
Getting back to the main layout of the RV, it also includes a kitchen that is filled with high-end appliances. Interestingly, the RV is loaded with appliances that are an exception in a tiny house too. Equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, ice maker, charcoal stainless steel color sink, three-burner stove with glass top, and plenty of storage, the kitchen is highly efficient.
Adjacent is the living room of the house. The space is outfitted with a sofa and a recliner that faces a bar-height table with stools. Seating two people comfortably, the table is a perfect place to sit, relax and have meals in peace. A wall-mounted television lies above the table that will satiate your desire to binge-watch programs while enjoying gourmet meals.

A bathroom lies at the back end of the house. Featuring a toilet, shower, and cabinets for storing bathing essentials, the bathroom is compact, yet functional. If it’s the bathroom that stands tall at one end, it’s the porch that takes command on the front end. The porch is equipped with two chairs and a center table. Dare I not mention the large sliding glass door that stretches across the entire width of the trailer and offers a picturesque view, other than welcoming you inside this game-changing RV.

Nice, timberwolf! I love the open loft!
I urge people to physically go to a local law library, and look up all state and federal laws regarding land ownership rights. Have friends and relatives from different counties, and states do the same, and compare notes.
Here in one of the smaller cities in Colorado, I have personally witnessed a few very wealthy and influential people literally take over the town, using their clout to buy up most of the property in town; then using HOA rules to slam people with outrageous fines then foreclose on them when they can’t pay.
The worst part is, they use common theft to access all your financial accounts, and drain you through fraud at the same time you’re getting hit with astronomical fees.
Through online banking and third party payment websites.
I learned how they trick people into believing their lies about the legality of HOA actions and sanctions; they have clever but crooked lawyers look for loopholes. Then they have have crooked webmasters who create phony webpages designed to pop up when you Google terms checking to validate or invalidate HOA claims.
They know if they have just one page up with the false information appearing to be part of the state, federal or county website; even appearing to be a page from PG&E’s website–they know most people will click search result and read that one page, and give up.
They know how very few people take the time to verify that the info they get from the internet is accurate.
Im not even a property owner; I’m a disabled veteran supposedly getting housing assistance through the VA and HUD.
These crooked ass people who made a fortune trafficking meth and God only knows what else. They laundered all that cash buying up homes they used the above mentioned tactics to foreclose on, then forced all property owners and management companies to refuse to sell or rent to people on a Do Not Rent list.
Yes, it is illegal; but with crooked lawyers and crooked web designers, they can make it appear 100% legal, if one never gets past the those dirty web pages.
Then, if you somehow manage to get your hands on the physical documents proving they did something shifty or shady, you’ll find that they will have that paperwork looking 100% kosher, but you know it can’t be kosher, because it’s a lie!
I had VA housing case managers working with crooked property managers to use the personal information of unsuspecting applicants renting or buying locally to steal their identities, and sell the applications to people with the cash but don’t otherwise qualify.
These are usually other crooked individuals who make big hits committing fraud, associates or relatives of theirs.
The true applicants get denied for specious reasons, and next thing they know, they can’t find anyone in town who will buy or rent to them, and it will make no sense at all.
But when the victims consult with anyone they found doing Google searches, or use information from such services, everything will appear to be official and kosher.
This happens disproportionately to people of color, women, elderly, disabled, and those with very limited resources, experience with, or knowledge of best practices.
Anyone who can’t afford a lawyer who will know immediately that laws are being broken and people taken advantage of.
I’m 56, and I’ve been dealing with all the above ever since I was active duty military in my early 20s.
I spent most of those 30 years homeless, forced to live on the street while different people used my identity to steal and launder money, in the above mentioned ways, so thsr most if those years i couldn’t even get or keep a permanent mailing address.
If you can’t get your mail, or someone else like the manager or former tenant has access to your mail, this is the third major way they keep the truth out of reach.
For most people, the only way to prove they’re being cheated, robbed, lied to and stolen from us to hire a private investigator, lawyer, rights advocate or some goons and thugs to apply some heat to the crooked individuals running these vicious schemes.
I found this all out the hard way: my identity was so completely compromised, I couldn’t even prove I was me when the crooks started accusing ME of stealing THEIR identity.
When I say it was a Kafkaesque, Catch 22 nightmare, I am not even exaggerating a little bit.
I was arrested and extradited on a fake out of state no bail warrant, charged with identity theft, cybercrimes and money laundering–facing 32 years in prison, and up to $2.5 million in fines for crimes even a first year law student could swat down at the first court appearance.
I was incarcerated for 4 months. The whole time they claimed they had no idea of my true identity, though I was a California resident of 30 years, with the same social security number and driver license number and a solid, well documented presence in northern and southern California, having become a resident when I was stationed there in 1989. My whole family, mom dad and siblings, plus other relatives were residents before me.
I mean, there was no mystery whatsoever as to my identity, but try proving that from inside a county jail, when the crooks who got you there have the whole perverted justice system at their disposal.
The racism in the criminal injustice system is mind boggling, heart breaking and for me very nearly fatal because of my health and disability.
I should never have even been arrested, or at most I should have been out and done in no more than 30 days.
But because of Covid, I couldn’t even get my own ID/driver license.
Long story short (😏), the internet has made swindling people a lot harder to prove s, avoid, and recover from.
When in doubt, go ba k to the old school: libraries are excellent alternatives to the internet, irreplaceable for documentable evidence.
We have a lot in common. You never know how important your life is until some weirdos create falsehoods in your life just to steal your identity and try to make you and your life what they think, what they feel with homelessness attached on the rear. What lying witch hunt of creepy crooks American style with foreign dust attached to it. They think everybody is stupid, needy,& greedy like them. Nobody with real sense cares about their damn wealth most of they have no damn common sense and are stupid people. Get your favorite beverage & some popcorn and watch the damn monster show they put on! It’s funny as Hell! All dressed up with a stitch of filthy odors following their wealth. At the beginning of the day and the end of the day remove all of that wealth we all or the same regardless make or female we eliminate the body through the same means. If you cut a human being they bleed from their blue veins. Keep on moving forward despite the weirdos of adversity.
You absolutely correct, code enforcement shut my house down for using my fireplace instead of my wall heater when Pete Wilson deregulated the price of natural gas and my PG&E went from $25 a month to $250, they do what they want and make up the rules as they go.
What happened to the good old days when you could live in a cave on your own land if you wanted too, not that is where I want to live. But in main stream America even if you own 5, 10, or 20 acres code enforcement will come along and shut you down if your not building what they like how they like it, at least in California. So I agree with Marianne and Atish both, Jesus and all the kings and their men never had more than a fireplace, or any running water on their lands yet they made out just fine. If we keep tearing this earth apart and living as greedily as we do there will be nothing left but crumbs and waste handed down to our future. People better wake up and start living small and simple lives or there will be no tomorrow. We are only care takers here, put upon this earth to over see it, not over run it, we are supposed to keep things in balance and share
Yes all those are great built n idea but most of the States forbid you to have those even on your OWN land. So what the point. First we need to change those ridiculous laws if it’s your own land you should be able to get those .but this isn’t the case in the USA.
I agree, whatever law is prohibiting them states should be addressed. It’s as if some group or individuals enjoy seeing people not having the capability to choose they style of living. It’s better than any form of HOMELESSNESS!
