Tiny homes are built with numerous criteria by different builders. Many manufacturers create homes around a standard model with few customizations, while others prefer to tailor-make a house from scratch with the freedom to add or eliminate features as per client requirements. Belonging to the latter, astute designers at Tiny Heirloom created a 200-square-foot compact Theater Tiny House. This tiny house on wheels is built for a family of four in San Diego and features double lofts.
The house is handcrafted from reclaimed wood adding a sustainable touch. The exterior of the house has a two-tone cedar siding along with an outdoor shower.
A bright red door opens into a remarkable interior with a subtle theater vibe. The kitchen is opposite the front door and has a stamped gold tile backsplash. It is well-equipped with modern appliances, including cabinetry, a fridge, a three-burner cooktop, a range hood, an oven, a hanging pan rack, and a granite countertop.
A semi-circular table opposite the cooking shelf serves as a compact breakfast/dinner nook. An arched window sits above the table allowing fresh air and views in.
Adjacent to the breakfast nook is the living room. It has a posh red velvet sofa, a built-in entertainment center with a large TV, and two wooden shelves below it that exude theater vibes. Right above the living room is the loft that can be accessed with a ladder and has twin beds under a skylight.

Theater-lit stairs next to the entrance lead to the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a nightstand. A skylight above the bed is perfect for your lazy star-gazing nights. The bathroom is under the main bedroom and has a full-size bathtub, a vanity sink, and storage shelves.
Luxe touches throughout the Theater Tiny House add charm and warmth, giving it a plush and cozy ambiance. A total of nine windows flush the house with plenty of natural light.
