Mustard Seed Tiny Homes is a premium tiny house builder located in Buford, Georgia. Renowned for making high-end and affordable mobile habitats, the US-based tiny house company uses high-quality materials in its build. This is evident in the company’s ‘The Sprout’ tiny house design which is one of the most spectacular tiny homes you’d come across.
Grasping my attention, this morning, The Sprout measures 24 feet long and is built on a double-axle trailer. Finished in LP lap siding accent with smooth HD board and batten, the fabulous tiny house is designed to last a lifetime. The Sprout is capped by a standing seam metal roof, while engineered hardwood flooring helps sustain high-moisture environments.
Upon entering the home you are graced by an open living room that features a storage-integrated sofa. Now, one would usually expect any tiny house manufacturer to accouter the space with a chair, table, and a wall-mounted television, but Mustard Seed Tiny Homes wanted to do things differently and hence avoided extra furniture to keep the room as capacious as possible.
Adjacent to the sofa is the bartop that can function as a dining table, and a surface for cooking/working. Nearby lies the kitchen which is equipped with custom cabinets, a laminate countertop, and a ceramic sink. The tiny house features a range of appliances from a two-burner propane stovetop and refrigerator.

My favorite feature, however, is the storage-integrated staircase that leads to the loft of the micro-dwelling. The staircase not only houses nitty-gritty essentials but also incorporates a refrigerator under it. Talking of storage, there is no dearth of repositories in the tiny home as you can spot floating shelves and cabinets.

The Sprout’s loft features a bedroom that can easily accommodate two people, courtesy of a queen-sized bed. It also includes built-in side tables to place your accessories. No tiny home is complete with a bathroom, and Mustard Tiny Homes have placed it on the opposite end of the living room. It offers amenities with the likes of a toilet and a shower.
