Picking a tiny house on wheels to live in is a gigantic commitment to make. But there are ways you can experience a downsized lifestyle through tiny house rentals available out there. Take the Nest Tiny House in Phoenix, Arizona, for instance. Built by architect duo Damon Wake and Hunter Floyd for the Cardenas family, the Nest tiny house is available for rent.
Measuring 200 square feet, the tiny house on wheels has a hybrid roof morphing between flat and angled with huge sliding glass doors offering an expansive view. Half of the house façade is made of glass, allowing you to admire the outdoors from the living room and the kitchen.
The living room has a sofa bed, a wall-mounted 32-inch smart television with Chromecast, and a large wall of windows with a slider. At the end of the living room, a glass door provides a second entrance to the compact dwelling.
Adjacent to the living room is the full kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, a sink, and a convection microwave. It has a pull-out peninsula for additional countertops and two folding stools stashed behind the stairs.

A huge bathroom is past the kitchen. It features a washer/dryer unit, a shower cabin, a toilet, tons of storage options, and a vanity sink. You can store your suitcase, hang coats, and store toiletries during your stay in the Nest.
The bedroom of the Nest tiny house is located on the 60 square feet bedroom loft. Accessible via a ladder next to the kitchen, it has a queen-size memory foam mattress and is flanked by two windows for cross-ventilation.
This gorgeous dwelling may help you make up your mind to switch to a downsized lifestyle. If not, you should be happy that you didn’t dismiss the thought and gave it a try.
