With the tiny house movement enjoying its day in the sun, there is rarely a fact unknown about the downsized dwellings. However, it is difficult to find a tiny house that can accommodate a group of half a dozen people comfortably. To that end, Arizona-based Uncharted Tiny Homes has created the Estate, a three-bedroom abode that can easily sleep six to eight people.
Featuring a main floor bedroom, two large lofts, a residential-style bathroom, and a galley kitchen, the 450-square-foot Estate tiny house on wheels is a comprehensive abode for a large family. Dotted with exquisite details such as tile backsplash, a large picture window, wall sconces all around, brass plumbing fixtures, and more, the tiny house is clad in a white interior that offers a strong juxtaposition to the black exterior.
The tiny house has numerous windows to pour in natural light and keep the ventilation to optimum. The front door opens into the living room which has a full-size couch. On one end of the house, the main floor bedroom has a nightstand on each side of the bed. The other side of the couch houses a galley kitchen with a four-burner gas cooktop, an under-counter refrigerator, and a large single-bowl sink.

On the opposite side of the kitchen, there is a bar top and barstools to serve as a dining space along with a work area. Through the galley kitchen, a light-filled bathroom is located with a tile shower, flush toilet, and vanity sink.
The Estate Tiny House features two loft bedrooms, one above the main floor bedroom, and the other located over the kitchen and the bathroom. The lofts are accessible with metal ladders but the option to include twin staircases is also available. One of the lofts features a queen-size bed, while the other has twin beds and a big carpet to simply sit and relax or play board games. With a starting price of $100,000, The Estate comes at a bargain with its amazing accommodation capacity.
