Portuguese micro-dwelling builder Madeiguincho has a signature style wherein each home flaunts a sleek slatted wood exterior and wooden interior. Its latest Terra m1_ tiny house on wheels surpasses other models in beauty with a curved roof and semicircular balcony accessible through a giant round pivot window, but exterior walls lack the sophisticated slats.
The build is pretty simple, if you leave out the curved roofline and the giant pivot window that opens onto the balcony allowing dreamers to stargaze. Inspired by the cosmic vastness of Alentejo nights in Portugal, the tiny house on wheels is made for a client as part of a collection of three micro-dwellings. It is designed for individuals and couples to use as a full-time residence or a vacation getaway.
The compact abode has fairly plain layout inside with a small kitchen, a split bathroom, a living room, a loft, and a bedroom under the pivot window area. The pivot window is reached via a flight of stairs centered in the built-in living area. The storage-integrated living space gives way to the bedroom under the window, where a queen-size mattress can sleep two, but you have to be careful not to bump your head.
On the other side, a fixed ladder leads to the loft with a tiny porthole window. It is a compact yet versatile room; usable as an additional sleeping station or for storing essentials that are occasionally used.
Facing the ladder is the small kitchen, which has a countertop with a sink and cabinets underneath. There is no cooktop but it can be installed, if you may. A fireplace is located next to the kitchen to keep the interior pleasant during cold nights.

Underneath the loft, the bathroom seems as if it’s split into two sections near the entrance. The shower section can directly be accessed from the outside, like in all other Madeiguincho bathrooms that act as mudroom.
The Terra m1_ tiny house is absolutely stunning and the balcony area is perfect to stargaze or read under the sun.
