We haven’t covered many models by the builder, Tiny Life Homes, based in both South Carolina and North Carolina, but it’s the designs like the Smoky, Lincoln, and Maddox tiny houses that speak to the ever-evolving needs of the homeowners and tiny living enthusiasts alike. The Tannehill tiny house is another intriguing model from the manufacturer.
It features an outdoor kitchen on the covered porch, a living room, a full kitchen, a bathroom, bunk beds, a ground-floor bedroom, and a gigantic loft. Combined with its multiple sleeping stations, the Tannehill can accommodate up to eight people, which is something you do not expect within 398 square foot living space.
Measuring 44-foot-long and 12-foot-wide, the Tannehill is designed to be a park model. The big porch has an island with a sink, a dishwasher, and a bar. You can add a wall-mounted television, some mounted shelves, and a grill. The covered outdoor space extends the living space and makes it a perfect spot to host intimate cocktail gatherings or watch your favorite sports with buddies.
A glass door opens into the open living space. The living room has a big couch, a versatile table with rolling wheels, and a wall-mounted television. The kitchen is next to the living room and is divided into two sections.

One side is the cooking area with a three-burner cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a range hood, a sink, a dishwasher, generous countertops, and multiple overhead and under-counter cabinets. The other side houses a refrigerator, a coffee station, and more storage cabinets.
Next to the kitchen, a nook is created for a stackable washer and dryer. Opposite the laundry area is the residential-style bathroom. The bathroom has a big shower cabin, a vanity sink, and a toilet. Outside the bathroom, a staircase leads to the big loft, which is occupied by twin beds.

Facing the staircase are bunk beds. The bunk beds are placed in an open plan, with a wall-mounted television on the staircase wall and a handful of drawers underneath. The layout may not allow for much privacy, but it does make room for an additional sleeping station. There are two windows strategically placed to keep the space well-ventilated, and it can be cordoned off for privacy with a curtain.
Down the hall is the main-floor bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a reading chair, and a table lamp. It can probably fit in a closet as well. Priced at $135,000, the Tannehill tiny house with its attractive package comes at a bargain.
