Based in Colfax, California, tiny house builder Freedom Tiny Homes has created a beautiful 36-foot-long mobile dwelling, dubbed Tahoe tiny house, which sleeps five people in its unusual layout. The reason for the unique layout of Tahoe is the placement of the loft bedroom in the middle section of the house. Aside from the spacious loft, the tiny house on wheels has a main-floor bedroom, a large bathroom, and a gourmet kitchen to comfortably house a small family.
The Tahoe tiny house has a beautiful board and batten and steel exterior. Big windows dot the sturdy frame, keeping the interior bright and airy. The front glass door opens into the copious living room, which fits a convertible couch, coffee table, and a couple of tools. A wall-mounted television occupies a windowless wall and provides a perfect viewing angle from the kitchen as well.
An L-shaped kitchen counter is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooking hob, an oven, a refrigerator, a range hood, generous countertops, and plenty of overhead and under-counter cabinets. Two stools occupy the space toward the living room, making up a breakfast area. Opposite the cooking area, a sink and dishwasher are placed, along with more cabinets.
A standard ladder along the wall leads to the big loft bedroom, which is located above the bathroom. The loft is mostly open except for the black railing, resembling so much to candlesticks.

Underneath the loft, a small hallway houses the bathroom and full closets with a washer/dryer unit and leads to the primary bedroom. The bathroom has a vanity sink, shower stall, and a toilet. The bedroom is located at the rear end. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a nightstand.
Priced at $143,000, the Tahoe tiny house comes with a water heating boiler and a fire alarm for added comfort and safety. The compact abode is also open for live tours if you wish to get the lay of the land before buying this unit. If this micro-dwelling tickles your fancy, you can contact the builder.
