Pennsylvania-based Greenwood Tiny Homes, the firm behind the Monarch and Dogwood has completed a new model dubbed Spartina tiny house on wheels. Measuring 35 feet long and 10 feet wide, the towable dwelling is built on a triple-axle trailer. The micro dwelling boasts wood framing in its exterior that is mainly finished in corrugated metal. Additionally, the tiny house is fully insulated with rock wool and spray foam insulation.
The mobile habitat sleeps a maximum of four people in its capacious interior that mainly comprises a downstairs master bedroom, loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. On entering, visitors are presented with a spacious living area that can be equipped with a sofa and a coffee table.
Adjacent is the kitchen which features countertops, cabinets, and a stainless steel drop-in sink. The kitchen is further loaded with a range of appliances ranging from refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Not to mention, the overhead cabinets that make Spartina tiny house a storage galore.

Nearby is a large barn-style doors which slide open to reveal the master bedroom. Inside, a storage-integrated double bed sleeps two, while a couple can sleep in the loft bedroom of the house placed atop the ground-floor bedroom. The Spartina tiny house loft bedroom can be accessed by a storage-integrated staircase. Elsewhere is the bathroom which includes a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet.
