Romanian tiny house manufacturer Solido grabs attention with its fast construction facility. The company claims to custom build a tiny house in just 60 days, which is quite impressive given companies take almost half a year to deliver a tiny house to their customers.
Solido’s Escape 21 is a prefabricated tiny house that can be installed in a garden or used as a vacation rental in the middle of nature. It comes in there option; a basic model without furniture, a fully-furnished option and then there is a trailer option as well.
Measuring 8.4m long, 2.55m wide and 3.8m high; Solido Escape 21 can be commissioned with or without the trailer. It is built to fit perfectly on a Mobi TH840 Trailer with 3 axles of 1800kg each. It can be towed by an SUV as the total weight of the tiny house + trailer not exceeding 3500kg.
The tiny house has one room with a sleeping area, living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and WC. The interiors can be lined in pinewood other than the standard plywood option.
Customers have the freedom to customize the interior layout and even choose furniture and appliances to preference. The company even offers an off-grid system with solar panels to make it capable of generating electricity for its own use.

What makes these tiny houses different is the build time that is comparatively lower than other manufacturers. Solido’s basic tiny house module without furniture is priced at €21,000 (about $25,500) while the one installed on a trailer costs €30,000 ($36,500) from Solido House.
