Manuel Kohout, the founder of Vagabond Haven built his first tiny house in 2017. However, it took him seven years to establish his firm as a leading brand in the industry. Fast forward to 2024, Vagabond Haven’s tiny houses not only exemplify great design but also rank among the most sought-after tiny houses globally. This is possible courtesy of the affordable mobile habitats the company provides, with the latest offering being the Smile tiny house.
The 23.6 feet long and 9.8 feet wide dwelling is poised on a double-axle trailer and comes clad in spruce and metal siding. The Smile tiny house also boasts well-insulated two-pane PVC windows and a double exterior door made from tempered glass that brings in the outdoors. Visitors can access the interior via a glass door and enter into the living room of the house.
Boasting a 269-square-foot interior, allowing plenty of room for different living spaces. The living room is quite spacious and Vagabond Haven has avoided cluttering the room with unnecessary items to make the space look even bigger and brighter.
The living room is nice and warm and comes with a big sofa and a table. Interestingly, Vagabond Haven has added a dining table with chairs to the mix. Apart from seating four people, the dining table functions as a partition between the living room and the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it lies a little ahead of the living room. It comprises lower and upper cabinets, a kitchen hood, a countertop, an induction cooktop, and a fridge/freezer.

At the far end of the home lies a snug bathroom with a sliding door. The bathroom features wet-room-approved shower walls, a toilet, a shower, and a vanity sink. The tiny home has one bedroom positioned above the bathroom.
The staircase with several storage cubbies takes visitors to the bedroom. The spacious loft can fit a king-size mattress and has a safety railing. Vagabond Haven has surprisingly priced the Smile tiny house at $36,800, which is an absolute steal.
