Canada-based builder Teacup Tiny Homes offers stunning mobile dwellings and park models to cater to its vast clientele. Each Teacup tiny house is designed and outfitted with elements to withstand the harsh climes of the Great White North. Take the Skoki tiny house for instance. It is a beautiful 34-foot-long micro-dwelling that features twin lofts, a spacious living room, a full bathroom, and a complete kitchen.
The Skoki tiny house on wheels has a sturdy board and batten and steel exterior with a skylight-equipped roof. The front door opens into the cozy living space. On one side of the door, a full kitchen is installed. The L-shaped kitchen is outfitted with a three-burner cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a range hood, a sink, a dishwasher, and multiple storage options. Opposite the cooking section, a pantry closet is placed to house groceries and other cooking essentials. Next to the closet is a wood-fried fireplace, keeping the space warm and toasty.
Past the kitchen is a bathroom big enough to house a toilet, a shower, a vanity sink, and a storage closet. By eliminating the closet, the shower can be paired with a bathtub or can be used as a space for a laundry unit.

Above the bathroom is a loft. Accessible via a typical ladder, the loft is a versatile area with wooden slats for privacy. The loft can house a queen-sized bed or be a reading nook or a home office.
On the other end of the house, a living room with a breakfast bar is designed cleverly. A big closet acts as a partial room divider, while a convertible couch provides lounging and extra sleeping accommodation. Here, a sliding door hides a storage-integrated staircase that leads to the master bedroom above the living room.

The bedroom is cordoned off by wooden slats to offer privacy and can sleep two in its king-size area. Two floating nightstands flank the bed, while a skylight allows stargazing.
Priced between CAD 185,000 to CAD 220,000 (roughly $150,000), the Skoki tiny house is based on the builder’s Bernice model. The compact dwelling is highly customizable and can be a wonderful home for a small family.
