The Sanctuary tiny house on wheels measures 23 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 13 feet high. The white exterior has a light timber accent uplifting the vibe. The exterior is exactly how Molly wanted it, inviting and soothing. A beautiful deck accommodates a lounge for she loves sipping coffee while watching the sun go down. There are windows and an entry door to provide the house with plenty of natural light.
Now we come to the dreamy, fully-insulated interior where everything is clean, green, light-filled, and clutter-free. We find a cozy living area with a single sofa and a picturesque feature window. It is Molly’s favorite spot for bird-watching, reading, or lounging. She has personalized the space with plants and many decorative items. For added character, she has a tiny bar space with vintage bottles and glasses, as she loves making cocktails. It is truly her comfort space.
A lofted area is above the living space, accessed via a ladder. According to her, the loft is spacious enough to accommodate a mattress for two, just in case guests come around. There she has a little library and sometimes it becomes her home office space.

A gorgeous kitchen next to the living area features a countertop, made with huan pine (a special type of timber that only grows in Tasmania) with an extended counter space that turns into a breakfast bar, a large farmhouse sink, and soft closing under-counter cabinets, drawers, and overhead shelf and cabinets. A huge slide-out pantry maximizes the kitchen space. As for appliances, there is a refrigerator, a cooktop, an air-fryer, a microwave, a full-size oven, and a dishwasher. Everything in the kitchen is built cleverly with utmost perfection.
The kitchen leads to the classy bathroom with a composting toilet, shower, vanity sink, and soaking bathtub. The bathroom includes lots a white, natural Timbers, and brass and revels in a moody tone.
The storage-integrated stairs lead to Molly’s cozy bedroom. A beautiful skylight adds every bit to this fuzzy space, inviting natural light and making the space feel airy and comfortable. The bedroom has a huge closet and ample drawers for her clothes and other accessories. The Sanctuary tiny house gives Molly the freedom to be herself, surrounded by nature, peace, tranquility, and everything she adores.
