The tiny house lifestyle has gained a steamrolling momentum like no other housing movement has ever managed to do. One after another, tiny house manufacturers are parading their stunning designs to offer the luxury of downsized living. The Rutledge by Tennessee-based builder Wind River Tiny Homes is a 38-foot-long tiny house on wheels that combines the amenities of a traditional home with a compact footprint.
The Rutledge tiny house can sleep up to four people in an expansive master suite and an additional loft, and comes with one-and-a-half bathrooms. It might sound absurd because what exactly is one-and-a-half bathrooms? Well, that is how the maker describes it: the tiny house has a main bathroom with a tub or shower, a toilet, and a vanity sink, while the half one has a mudroom and washer/dryer combo hookup with a back entry.
The main bathroom is by no means an ordinary one. It gives you a luxury that is rare in a tiny house, the ability to enjoy a bath while enjoying the outside view. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom makes the layout even more elegant.
Boasting a dark gray exterior with a wooden accent here and there, the Rutledge comes with a gaggle of large windows pouring in sunlight and fresh air. The front glass door opens into a spacious living room that has enough room to place a convertible sofa bed. To the right, a fully-equipped kitchen allows you to whip some tasty meals.

It has all the appliances you would require while traveling, including a butcher block counter with a drop-in stainless or composite sink, a four-burner electric cooktop, a range hood, and a full-sized fridge and you can custom include an oven and microwave.
The storage-integrated staircase leads to the loft bedroom, where a king-size bed can provide accommodation to two people with ease. It even has space to incorporate a bookshelf, some plants, and decorative items.
The main floor bedroom is divided from the living room by a wall. It comes equipped with a queen-size bed that is flanked by closets and a shelf overhead. The en-suite bathroom is accessible through a pocket door and takes care of your sanitary needs.
