To build a tiny house from scratch, one requires a mix of expertise and passion with the right flair. When Kathi and Jim thought of building their own tiny abode, they were left puzzled by numerous online videos and capable builders in the arena. In the midst of the frenzy, a clear expectation of their desires kept them on track. The pair finally found solace when their passion aligned with the philosophy of Rocky Mountains, a renowned tiny house builder from Durango, Colorado.
Harmony Haven by Rocky Mountain poses as a 28-foot-long tiny house on wheels built on a triple drop axle trailer. With a shallow peaked roof and a glass door, the house adorns a colorful and organic design. Claimed to be an owner-assisted build, Harmony Haven adopts a moderation of rustic and wooden architecture. The couple worked on a limited budget aiding labor in certain places in an endeavor to build a simple and affordable dwelling.
Dual-tone cedar lap siding panes the exterior with multiple windows. Upon entering, a warm earthy vibe transcends throughout the house. Beautiful interiors and basic amenities make this as a perfect contemporary tiny house choice.
