Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses is an astute tiny house builder that brings forth the Rio Grande Tiny House, a stunning habitat with an expansive gooseneck layout. Measuring 20.25 sq m (218 sq ft) of primary living space and 6.5 sq m (70 sq ft) of loft space, the dwelling falls on the larger side of the realm and is laced with basic modern amenities to begin with.
Rio Grande Gooseneck Tiny House is home to a wonderful couple, their toddler, one dog and a cat. The mobile habitat has everything a tiny home lover will appreciate like a main bedroom loft, a second spacious loft, modern kitchen appliances, and a compact bathroom akin to those in the average home. Built on a double-axle trailer, the tiny house purposely adopts a gooseneck design for extra space and ease of mobility.
The exterior has been crafted using cedar wood while the front door is a display of reclaimed material. River theme is artistically incorporated into the design, both on the exterior and interior. The entry shows a fold-down porch that directly heads one into the main area of the house. This area resourcefully turns into a dining area making space for some folding seats and a fold-up table.
Venturing further toward the left you have a well-equipped kitchen and a wood stove as a primary heat system. The kitchen makes space for a propane gas range, a full-size fridge and extra storage space below and above the sink and cooking counter. An attractive river design that runs over the wooden countertop (with the use of epoxy) adds an overall artistic touch.

A compact bathroom with a sink, composting toilet, full-size bathtub and a washer/dryer combo is snuggled right next to the kitchen separated by a sliding door. A nearby staircase takes you up to the smaller loft that may be used for children or for pets.
Opposite this lies the main bedroom loft in the gooseneck area that is accessed via storage-integrated stairs. The loft features reclaimed picture windows and a wooden railing for extra detailing. Rocky Mountain Tiny House prices their gooseneck built at approximately $73,000 and you can check it out on their website.
