Renowned designer Alessandro Mendini has created a good-luck piece in form of the LED lamp dubbed Amuleto. The ingenious lamp is created for Ramun, International high-end lighting brand and its entire detailing from logo to the showroom as well as website concept is done by Atelier Mendini. A conversation about light between Mendini and his nephew inspired him to create this good luck charm.
Amuleto lamp is composed of three rings i.e. circular halo with LED lights, mid-section and base. All of these three rings are designed to symbolize trinity of sun, moon and earth to bring good luck and health to the user. Each desk lamp is made from plastic, aluminum, zinc, iron and 60 LEDs. The central halo-like ring with built-in LED lights can illuminate your workspace with uniform light distribution. Not only that, but the lamps also comes with a sensor that allows the users to adjust intensity of light according to their preferences.
The mid-section rings provide flexibility to the lamp head to move into any direction, making it easy for the user to read in his/her desired direction on table. Moreover, with the help of eye centers- the designer has been able to provide lighting that ensures maximum safety to your eyes. The lucky lamp is available in single or mixed combination of variant colors including as red, yellow, blue, white black, transparent and gray.
