If I ever buy a Porsche in my life, I won’t purchase the high-performance vehicle for the reliability it promises or the strength it guarantees. The sole reason why I would be swanking a Porsche in my parking lot is because of its luxe appeal. I mean who doesn’t like to flaunt a little richness in front of neighbors? At least I do! While I quite don’t have the bank balance to own a Porsche, I have a certain amount of capital to get a taste of what a Porsche can brew.
This is possible courtesy of Porsche’s recent collaboration with Italian Espresso machine maker, La Marzocco. The two high-end manufacturing giants have partnered to launch a limited-edition Espresso Machines that is inspired by Porsche’s graphics and details.
Together, Porsche and La Marzocco have dropped a pair of Linea Micra Espresso makers, one of which is available in ‘Slate Grey Neo’ (reminiscent of Porsche’s classic color palette) design, while the other boasts bolder Martini Racing design, a tribute to the famous partnership between Porsche and Martini Racing.
At the time of writing, the Slate Grey Neo version is available for $6,555, while the Martini Racing edition would have cost $6,949, had it not been sold out. It’s important to point out that both these versions were limited-edition, with only 911 units (each) for grabs.
Design-wise, Linea Micra is compact and can easily be stacked on your kitchen’s countertop. The Linea Micra comes with a dual-boiler model, implying the Espresso machine will feature a separate boiler for both steaming pressure and brewing temperature. Well, if the Espresso makers are Porsche-inspired, it’s got to have some design nods that resemble the sports car brand too. Hat Tip to Carscoops, which points out; the rotary knobs, pressure display, and drip tray are inspired by the Porsche models.
Porsche also claims in its press note that the Espresso machine features an easy-to-fill water tank that holds two liters of water and can be operated using the water connection as well. The Espresso maker also comes with an integrated steam wand that makes it easy to froth milk. For people who don’t like to get their hands dirty, the La Marzocco Home app supports programmable switch-on times, other timer functions, and video tutorials, among other options.

Porsche is no stranger to such collaborations. The company from time to time has collaborated with high-end manufacturers across the globe and lent its name to the product lineup of other manufacturers including Puma, Boss, Vitra, and such.
