Porsche Design has launched a new wireless speaker that combines high-end design with premium audio quality. Dubbed PDS50, it not only provides an ultimate audio experience but is also a treat to the eyes. As you’d expect, this is an exclusively designed wireless speaker that will meet entertainment needs and also blend into contemporary home settings.
Crafted from a single block of aluminum with high-gloss details, the PDS50 wireless speaker features a unique layered design that will capture your attention outrightly. There is also a LED strip to improve the overall appearance as well as indicate on/off, battery low and Bluetooth connection.
The speaker is equipped with a three-inch driver and one-inch tweeter, plus a recessed bass-reflex port to deliver quality output. The bottom layer serves as a wireless Qi charging surface that also includes a USB-C port for more flexibility. With an IPX4 rating, this speaker is suitable for outdoor use.
The PDS50 wireless speaker has onboard touch controls and can also be controlled with a smartphone too. There is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with a charging time of approx. five hours and playing time of approx. 20 hours. Furthermore, users can pair two PDS50 wireless speakers for a stereo sound experience.
