British architecture firm Foster and Partners in partnership with Porcelanosa has created TONO, a range of bathroom products that can be used at homes, offices and other commercial spaces. The collection is distinguished by its simple design highlighting contrasting color palette and material that altogether create a minimalistic aesthetic ideal for modern bathrooms.
The collection comprises TONO Elements and TONO One – two sets of different bathroom components designed to work together and are available in unlimited finishes and materials.
TONO One uses three prefabricated bathroom units – shower, sink and toilet (WC), while TONO Elements offers extensive choice, flexibility, and endless combinations. It comprises a range of sinks, baths, WCs, brassware, and furniture, available in a variety of materials and finishes.
The palette of materials ranges from maple, oak and walnut to marble, ceramic, timber, and KRION like solid surfaces. The TONO bathroom collection is a result of a collaboration between a renowned architecture firm and a bathroom manufacturer so it is surely going to be unique in terms of design, functionality, and efficiency. The 2.3-liter TONO sink is a perfect example that provides the right amount of water while cutting down on the waste.
