Does every tiny housemaker get better and better with each design? Well, I suppose yes, and to vindicate the statement, I present to you the Phillips tiny house by Movable Roots Tiny Homes. The Florida-based company has already enthralled us with micro dwellings like Heese and Cavin, and is all set to bamboozle us with its latest 40-foot-long and 10-foot-wide model, the Phillips tiny house that features 580 sq ft of living space inside.
“This home was designed and built around our client’s specific needs and wants. The Phillips family started living tiny in an RV so they understood what items were lacking for full-time living in their RV and exactly how they wanted their Park Model Home to be different,” states Movable Roots Tiny Homes. Built on a quadruple-axle trailer, the tiny house is finished in wood and metal that blends pretty nicely to radiate a ravishing look.
After accoutering the exterior with windows and two doors, Movable Roots wanted to focus on the interior and make it more spacious and functional than their previous models. As a result, the tiny house is loaded with three bedrooms. Two of them are located in the loft, accessible via a storage-integrated staircase, while the third bedroom is located on the main floor and can be accessed via a separate entrance door.
The main-floor master bedroom is equipped with a king-size storage bed frame and large closet, while one of the loft bedrooms features a built-in desk and LED accent lighting. The other loft however is pretty subtle and only includes a bookshelf. Overall, these three bedrooms can sleep six to eight people with ease.

Downstairs is the large chef-style kitchen with residential appliances and an exceptional amount of countertop space alongside a small breakfast bar. Not to mention, the loads of storage space that overhead cabinets, shelves, and drawers provide. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room of the Phillips tiny house. It is empty at the moment but can be furnished with a couch and some side tables.
The tiny house also features a large bathroom that makes space for a dual vanity and a separate washer and dryer placed nearby. Other features include a toilet and a shower, all adding up to 580 square feet of functional living space. Priced at $239,000, the tiny house is an absolute luxury for people who want to embrace the tiny lifestyle without compromising regular home features.
