Polish builder Mobi House is one of my favorite tiny house manufacturers. Granted, the European tiny house industry is still nascent compared to the American and Australian tiny house revolution, which is soaring like an eagle. Unlike its counterparts on other continents, the Polish builder has stayed true to the pillars of the industry by offering downsized and affordable micro-dwellings in charming layouts. One such design is the Petunia tiny house.
Named after the vivacious flower species, the 20-foot-long dwelling is perfect for an individual or a couple who loves to travel. The best part, it is rigged with features to support complete off-grid living, meaning you can drive your house to remote and secluded terrains without having to worry about electricity or water supplies. The solar panel-ready home on wheels has a compositing toilet, and freshwater and graywater tanks allowing wild escapades.
Built on a double-axle trailer, the Petunia tiny house is 8.2 feet wide and 10 feet high, providing ample space for a comfortable full-time residence. If you are down with the idea of living in a 20-foot box, it can be a great vacation rental or backyard house. It flaunts a stunning natural wood Scandinavian spruce exterior which is painted in bright cadmium green.
There are two entry points to the house, one is a single glass door and the other is a French door. Multiple windows deck the structure to bring in maximum natural light and vistas. Inside, the open layout starts with a living room. It features a wood-fired fireplace, which adds a nice cottagecore touch, a storage-integrated convertible sofa, and space for a side and coffee table.
Next is the fully stocked kitchen. It leaves nothing to be wanted. Featuring a two-burner cooktop, an oven, a mini fridge, a generous countertop, a range hood, a stainless steel sink, and multiple storage options, the cooking space is more than enough for two people. Past the kitchen, a bathroom has a vanity sink, a composting toilet, and a shower stall.

A storage-integrated staircase provides access to the single loft of the house. The loft is bright and airy with operable windows and has room for a king-size mattress and cubbies for storage.
Given that all Mobi houses are priced between €38,000 and €90,000 (roughly $40,600 and $96,000), the Petunia could be priced around €45,000 and €50,000. The delivery is possible all over Europe, but the enthusiasts outside of Europe can try to persuade the builder to ship elsewhere.
