Measuring 28 feet long, the Pensionato tiny house is the latest creation coming from the foundries of Decathlon Tiny Homes. Poised on a triple-axle trailer, the tiny home features wooden siding that provides superior insulation, and a metal roof offering protection against harsh weather conditions. Akin to other micro-dwellings designed by the Texas-based company, Pensionato also features a gaggle of windows allowing plenty of light inside.
Visitors enter directly into the kitchen which is an open space. Filled with multiple cabinets, cabinetry, a countertop with an integrated sink and cooktop, and a range of electric appliances from microwave to refrigerator, the kitchen is well-organized and highly functional. The kitchen being the centre of the tiny home also acts as a divider between the bathroom and the main-floor bedroom.
The bathroom lies on the right-hand side of the kitchen and hosts a shower, toilet, vanity, and a washer and dryer. Not to mention, storage cabinets to stock bathrobe items.
A loft lies above the bathroom. Accessed via a removable ladder, the loft features a low ceiling and windows on each side and manages to equip two people in a breeze.

On the left-hand side of the kitchen is another room that is accessible via a sliding door. It opens to reveal a master bedroom with a closet. Outside the bedroom, a compact living room can house a convertible couch to sleep two more people. Overall, the Pensionato tiny house sleeps six people in total.
Another aspect of the home is the spaciousness it offers. Despite being compact and petite, makers haven’t crumpled it up and have intelligently incorporated every single item inside without disturbing the harmony of space. There is no word on the price yet, but estimate it to be well above $80,000.
