Georgia-based tiny Dragon Tiny Homes has perfectly adapted to the pillars of the tiny house industry: functionality, comfort, and affordability. The manufacturer offers mobile dwellings with prices as low as $50,000 for its Genesis tiny house and ranging up to $76,950 for its Palisade tiny house. The Palisade is one of the biggest and most expensive abodes by the builder, yet it falls on a reasonably priced side in the gaggle of bigger homes like the 52 ft. Dogwood, priced at $200,000.
The 24-foot-long Palisade tiny house on wheels is built on a double-axle trailer and features a dual-tone exterior with black and white siding and a mono-pitch roof. A glass door opens inside the plush interior that has a comfy living room, a king-size loft, a huge kitchen, and a compact bathroom.
The living room features a cozy couch, a couple of side tables, and has room for a coffee table. You can also choose to place a convertible couch bed for additional sleeping space.
Opposite the living room, a storage-integrated staircase with a sleek black railing leads to the big loft bedroom. The loft bedroom can fit a king-size bed, a couple of nightstands, a cabinet, and a couple of bookcases. There are plenty of windows in the loft, so the space doesn’t feel compact or stuffy in any way.

Under the loft, a huge kitchen is located. The full kitchen comes with 9-foot-long quartz countertops, a stainless steel sink, a two-burner cooktop, and gray under-counter cabinets. Opposite the cooking area, a small area is created as a quartz breakfast bar with two cabinets underneath. Under the staircase, there is enough space to house a refrigerator and a washer/dryer unit.
Past the kitchen, a compact yet fully functional bathroom is tucked behind a sliding barn door. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a flush toilet, and a vanity sink.
The Palisade tiny house is also outfitted with a mini-split heater, an air conditioning unit, and a tankless water heater. It is the perfect house for solo travelers or a travel-loving couple.
