Well, Vancouver-based Mint Tiny House Company has a perfect layout eradicating all these issues in its 41’ Ozonia tiny house. Part of the company’s Canada Goose Edition, Ozonia tiny home extends the living space, offers accommodation for a family of 6-8 people, and provides convenience and privacy as a bonus.
The luxurious dwelling on wheels is built on a gooseneck trailer. The exterior has painted LP Smartside lap siding, with a variety of color finish options. Its interior is clad in vertical wood paneling and click laminate flooring throughout.
With a total of 392 sq. ft. area, the tiny house has two entries – one French door opening into the living room, and one single door opening into the kitchen. Featuring three bedrooms, the tiny house boasts a full kitchen, a separate bathroom, plenty of storage space, and a living room.
Thanks to a gaggle of windows and glass doors, the interior is bathed in natural light and feels spacious. Ozonia’s living room has plenty of space for putting a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping space. On one side, a breakfast bar is located next to the storage-integrated loft staircase.

The kitchen is opposite the staircase where full-depth kitchen cabinets with soft closing doors provide storage for cooking essentials. It also features a single ceramic sink, Furrion RV propane oven and cooktop with ventilation hood, butcher block veneer countertops, and a stainless electric fridge.
Past the kitchen is a full-size, residential-style bathroom. It has ample space to be outfitted with an option of a bathtub or walk-in shower and comes with a traditional flush toilet, a vanity sink, and a laundry hookup.
The downstairs bedroom is located on a gooseneck hitch beyond the bathroom and features a king-size bed and full-size closets. One of the lofts is over the bathroom and is accessible through the storage-integrated staircase. It comes with a queen-size bed and a bookshelf railing. The second loft is located over the living room and has a queen-size bed and wooden railing.

In addition to the natural lighting, the house is outfitted with white lighting fixtures and recessed lighting in the ceiling. The house is also equipped with the possibility of hooking up a sizeable display or internet and solar hookups.
