KJE Tiny Homes is renowned for its functional and aesthetic micro dwellings. The recent mobile home designed by California-based builders that caught my attention is the Orchard tiny house. The tiny home offers a comfortable downsizing experience in an abode that seems to be purposely designed as an Airbnb. The home is equipped with all the facilities every tiny house enthusiast, who is going for a small living, searches for.
Built on a triple-axle trailer, the tiny house measures 26 feet long and 10 feet wide making it capacious to host a family. Finished in wood, the tiny home boasts a gooseneck profile with a beige and blue color composition adding to the aesthetic of the home. The micro dwelling had me intrigued since the color of the exterior generates a feeling of a dusty seashore resembling the hue of an ocean.
Just like the exterior, the interior is equally intriguing. Painted all-white, the interior flaunts pleasing color tones, alongside a wood accent that elevates the overall charm of the home. The mobile home also features a gaggle of windows, which ensures that enough light seeps in. Not to mention, the ceiling of the Orchard tiny house has wooden beams and a fan which beautifies the home even more.
Moving on to the core features, the tiny house features a private room, kitchen, and two lofts in particular. Visitors enter directly into the kitchen that comprises an L-shape countertop, a sink, a cooktop, open shelves, and enough storage under the kitchen counter. The kitchen also has an additional storage compartment, where a tiny fridge can be set up. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom separated by a sliding door. It is equipped with a sink, vanity, toilet, and shower area.
Another fascinating aspect of the home is a beautiful fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. The wall-integrated fireplace adds a welcoming aura to the house. Behind the fireplace is a wall that adds a unique element to the house and adds to the beachy vibe.
Nearby is a staircase with railings that leads to the primary loft. The light-filled loft is spacious and can be utilized as a bedroom or a relaxing lounge area. Underneath the loft is a secret storage space, which doubles as a bedroom, when, or if required. The room is fully enclosed, and separated from the rest of the area via a hefty barn door.

The tiny house also features another loft, which lies above the bathroom. The loft has windows that allow the light in and make the room warm and cozy. Sleeping a minimum of four people comfortably, the tiny house with its coastal ambiance makes for an exceptional vacation escape.
