This mobile home measures 30 feet in length and 8.5 feet in width. It boasts a sleek exterior of corrugated metal and composite wood. Designed for durability and aesthetic appeal, the Ojai tiny home has a sturdy welded steel frame and is poised on a triple-axle trailer, ensuring both stability and mobility. The tiny home features numerous windows to allow natural light inside and has multiple ceiling lights to keep it well-lit after dark.

The interior has a central living area with a spacious vaulted ceiling. It is outfitted with a sofa and a rug, embodying minimalist elegance. One of the distinctive features of the Ojai is its innovative approach to space utilization, where it offers privacy in living quarters.

Adjacent to the sofa is a staircase that leads to a kids’ loft, which is partitioned into a Jack and Jill style rooms where two separate mattresses placed on either side of a big wardrobe divider. This design not only ensures privacy and comfort for each child but also provides dedicated wardrobe space on both sides. So, if you have two kids at home fighting for their side of space, this is the way to go.

Underneath the loft is the kitchen of the tiny house. The kitchen offers plenty of storage and an assortment of high-end appliances including a standard-size refrigerator, stove/oven, combo washer/dryer, water heater, and microwave. There are cabinets, a sink, and an extended countertop that doubles as a breakfast bar.
