Built on heavy-duty tubular steel, Nickolaus Ridge tiny house by Tiny Mountain Houses is one of the most gorgeous dwellings you’d ever come across. Boasting an exterior featuring LP Smart Panel with rough-sawn trim, the 26 feet Nickolaus Ridge is a beautiful, well-laid-out tiny home. Featuring white beadboard walls and blue-green custom cabinets, the tiny house also has T&G plywood decking on the floor, thereby adding aesthetics to the mobile habitat.
Upon entering the home, you are graced with a large custom-built ribbon staircase. We often see a spacious kitchen, gorgeous living room, and functional bedroom stealing the limelight in a tiny house, but in the case of Nickolaus Ridge, it’s the opposite. The first glance I had at the tiny home, I was left in awe of the custom-built ribbon staircase leading to the loft of the tiny house. The staircase makes loft access much easier than a standard ladder.
Nickolaus Ridge has dual lofts, with one functioning as a traditional bedroom while the other can be used as a living room. The primary loft accommodates a king-size bed and also includes a three-inch closet. The secondary loft can be used as a sitting area, office, reading room, bedroom, or wardrobe.
If you are willing to customize, Tiny Mountain House also makes room for an optional main-floor flex room. The main flex room – which comes out as the biggest USP of the tiny house – can be used for a variety of purposes. The space can be utilized as a bedroom, studio, or playroom. Overall, the loft and the bedroom can sleep two to eight people combined.

The tiny house also has a fully functional kitchen that boasts a custom dark butcher block. We can also spot a snack bar that adds functionality and counter space for cooking and chopping. The kitchen is very similar to the other models by Tiny Mountain Houses, with the only difference being the relocation of the sink and appliances to change the layout slightly.
Not to mention, a tankless water heater, a mini-split heating and cooling unit, stainless steel appliances, a two-burner cooktop, a black range hood, and an apron sink with a commercial-style spring faucet.
The entire tiny house is airy and light-filled, and crafted with dual pane windows. This allows plenty of natural light and fresh air to pass inside. No tiny house is complete without a bathroom area. Nickolaus Ridge’s bathroom features a fiberglass-enclosed shower, a white residential/round bowl toilet, and white china sink with a base cabinet. With a base price of $94,200, the Nickolaus Ridge tiny house offers a gorgeous design with stunning high-end finishes.
