The craze of downsized living is gradually expanding to the UK, with Tiny House Pro leading the way. The builder offers several models, including the single-level Venice tiny house and the fully off-grid Barcelona tiny house; however, the New York model with two separate loft bedrooms was the company’s most popular build last year. Suitable for families, it can sleep four to six people comfortably, while the main floor can be used for other applications.
Just like its counterparts, the New York tiny house measures about 26 feet long. The exterior features a combination of metal and wood siding, along with two dormer sections, adding a cool look to the front. Multiple windows bring ample natural light to the lofts.
Once you enter inside through the double glass doors, you are greeted with a minimalist interior space featuring complete white walls and ceilings. The entrance opens into the L-shaped kitchen, which is cleverly designed under the walkway connecting the two loft spaces. The wooden railing and butcher block countertops in the kitchen add warmth to the cool white interior in the space.
One side of the tiny house is dedicated to the living area, featuring a large L-shaped couch with built-in storage drawers and a wall-mounted television. A staircase next to the kitchen leads to both lofts, which are connected by a walkway.

You might be surprised to find the standing landings in the lofts. The maker has kept the lofts private, unlike its Hampstead model. There is also a bathroom complete with shower, vanity, and toilet to ensure full living experience.
The New York tiny house is currently listed for £77,107 (approx. $96,900). You can add more features like under-floor heating, an electric oven, a water tank, and off-grid essentials for additional cost.
