Designed and realized by Orior, an Irish design studio, the collection encompasses a ‘nest-like’ seating quality that to its distinct arm design, which envelops the user in covetable comfort.
Drawing inspiration from 1970s furniture and representing the Irish word for ‘Nestle’, the Néad collection comprises an upholstered chair and sofa. The chair displays a bulky curvaceous shape while the sofa adopts a long, elongated look. Both the chair and sofa feature long, rectangular-style wood legs.
Néad chair showcases neatly pleated details on the entire structure while the low-lying rounded legs add to its stability. This chair rightly engulfs the sitter within its deep-seated cavity and flattened arms. The spongy cushion comforts all the way to the back, and the chair brings in an ideal seating solution with a broad, comfortable surface to sit on.

Both furniture pieces revisit Orior’s roots in upholstery with an added contemporary aspect to it. Superior craftsmanship is displayed in the lounge chair and the sofa, which thrive on the dynamic collaboration and their unique design where armrests and seats are upholstered in a wide corduroy velvet.
