There is hardly any player in the RV industry who would stand toe to toe with DRV Suites. An industry leader in a high-end fifth wheel and a wing of Thor Industries, DRV Suites has introduced many mobile homes over the years. Understandably, their latest model, MS Orlando, which the company exhibited at the 2025 Tampa RV Super Show is drawing attention from both tiny home and RV enthusiasts.
Measuring 46 feet in length, the MS Orlando offers 492 square feet of living space. Its 8.5 feet width and 13.3 feet height ensure ample room for movement and storage. The RV’s triple-axle design with three 8,000lbs axles ensures stability and durability on the road. Its gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 24,000lbs and a dry weight of 20,860lbs is built to handle heavy loads while maintaining a smooth ride.
The RV’s exterior features a custom-painted finish with a clear coat, frameless tinted safety glass windows, and a seamless one-piece rubber roof. These elements not only enhance the RV’s aesthetic appeal but also provide durability and weather resistance. The inclusion of 17.5-inch H-rated tires, Kodiak automotive disc brakes, and heavy-duty axles further ensures a safe and reliable journey.
The best part about MS Orlando, however, is the luxurious interior that comprises residential-grade finishes, including solid hardwood cabinetry in ‘Toffee Grove’, ‘Chai Hickory’, or ‘Italian White’, high-durability carpets, and hand-laid vinyl plank flooring. Unlike traditional tiny homes or compact trailers, where you have to be conscious about space management, MS Orlando gives you the liberty to store items without any hassle, courtesy of a myriad of cabinets and drawers stretching throughout the RV.
As referred to in the headline, the RV features six slide-outs. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. It has a gaggle of cabinets and drawers, all accoutered to maximize your storage options. The other bedroom is located on the opposite end of the main bedroom and features a couple of single beds, separated by a desk. What’s intriguing here is the fact, that the secondary bedroom can be tweaked into a workspace, when required. This section features plenty of storage options and includes a washer and dryer, concealed inside a wardrobe, and a Smart TV.
In addition to flaunting high-end bedrooms, the RV features a living area that includes a residential sofa with optional theatre seating for added comfort. The living room is the heart of the home and comes with other high-end options like an entertainment set-up featuring a large-screen TV, soundbar, and an exquisite fireplace. The RV is prepped for HD roof and ground satellite systems, ensuring you never miss your favorite shows. The power HD TV antenna and HD wiring throughout the RV provide seamless connectivity. For convenience, there are multiple USB charging ports, ample storage compartments, and motion-sensor LED lighting throughout the basement area.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. It is equipped with a 20-cubic-foot residential stainless steel French door refrigerator, a stainless steel convection/microwave, and a residential-style gas oven. The deep double-bowl stainless steel sink, high-polished solid surface countertops, and custom tile backsplash add a touch of elegance to the space. For added convenience, the kitchen includes a pull-out 13-gallon garbage can and a custom appliance garage with a pull-out tray. A residential-style dishwasher adds to the comfort of the residents. The interior features LED ceiling lighting on dimmer switches, decorative wall sconces, and a ceiling fan for added ambiance and comfort.
Other features include three 15,000 BTU low-profile air conditioners, ensuring efficient cooling throughout the RV, a 40,000 BTU furnace, and a residential 5-duct heating system with 6-inch ducting that provides ample warmth during colder months. The RV comes with a whole-house water filtration system, a 100-gallon fresh water tank, and power-flush grey and black water tanks for hassle-free maintenance.
For those who enjoy off-grid adventures, the MS Orlando offers solar prep and a 12 VDC battery on a pull-out tray. The optional generator prep allows you to add a generator for additional power when needed. The RV also features a slide-out propane tray with dual 40-pound tanks, making it easy to fuel your outdoor adventures.
