I have been a firm advocate of tiny houses over the years. But I don’t want to get into the debate about why a tiny house is a better alternative to a traditional home. I leave that to the critics of the tiny house industry and instead introduce you to the Montana tiny house to sway your vote toward the downsized lifestyle. I recently discovered this stunning micro-dwelling while scouring the internet and it epitomizes tiny house living with two lofts and a home office.

Measuring 26.2 feet long and 7.8 feet wide, the Montana tiny house designed by Artisan Tiny Homes is finished in Cyprus cladding completed with monument color bond tin. The structure is poised on a triple-axle trailer and is designed to offer a complete modern living experience within a compact space. The mobile home is outfitted with a glass door and a gaggle of windows to allow light and air to permeate the interior.

Speaking of the interior, the tiny house features VJ lining boards that accentuate the interior, while the Casper white paint adds contrast to the home. Upon entering, the user is graced by the living room that has a sofa. Behind the sofa is an expansive wall complemented by an storage cabinet section suitable for displaying books and such.

Nearby is a full-size kitchen optimized for efficiency. It is equipped with cabinets, drawers, and deep-open shelving for ample storage. The kitchen boasts an L-shape layout but takes on a U-shape with the addition of a movable island, providing flexibility for indoor space utilization and additional storage. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with many appliances, including the likes of a cooktop, range hood, and oven.

The tiny home features two bedrooms in lofts. The primary bedroom can be reached via a storage-integrated staircase, while the secondary bedroom can be accessed through a removable ladder. The bedrooms sleep four people combined.

Each bedroom has storage spaces cleverly integrated throughout, including drawer storage under the staircase leading up to standing wardrobe in the main loft. The second bedroom even features a bump-out which allows users to let their legs hang down while sitting at the bench/desk. This has been done to allow dwellers to utilize the second bedroom as a home office.

Under the main loft lies the bathroom. It features a toilet, shower, and a sink. However, the key highlight of the bathroom is an emerald green tiled shower and bronze tapware that add aesthetic to the space. The Montana tiny house is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and well-equipped living experience in a compact, efficient space.
