Nevada-based tiny house builder Far Out Tiny Homes has released its attractive 30 feet long micro dwelling on wheels, with an attractive price tag to match. Dubbed Mint tiny house on wheels, the stunning mobile habitat costs $110,000, and comes in four different color variations including green, green and silver, brown and black, and plain black.
The tiny house is available on a 30 feet long trailer and measures 8.3 feet wide. The length and the width make the tiny house quite capacious and allow the maker to accommodate a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. We’ll talk about each one of these aspects individually but first, let’s discuss a bit about its exterior.
Far Out Tiny Homes has used engineered wood and metal for exterior cladding and stabilized the structure on a double-axle trailer. A 36-inch steel half-lighted entry door welcomes you inside the home that features high-quality fixtures and master carpentry. Not to mention, luxury waterproof vinyl flooring and Tongue and Groove fir ceiling, which adds durability to the structure. The tiny house also boasts an array of windows that create a light-filled ambiance throughout, in addition to offering good airflow.
The Mint tiny house features an open living area that can be equipped with a sofa and a side table. Adjacent lies the kitchen, which comes outfitted with a sink basin, drawer base, upper cabinets with built-in microwave and hood vent, modern stainless steel above-mount sink, a pull-down spray faucet, and a butcher block countertop. Opposite the kitchen is the storage integrated staircase that hosts a refrigerator and other nitty-gritty essentials.
The biggest USP of the tiny house is its sleeping area. Featuring three bedrooms in total, the Mint tiny house sleeps a minimum of six people, four in the loft section and two in the main-floor bedroom. The main-floor bedroom lies beneath the loft on the other side of the kitchen. The loft above the kitchen can be accessed via a storage-integrated staircase, while the other loft can be reached through a removable ladder.
