Most of the cat furniture pieces, including cat trees and scratching posts are boring additions to modern home interiors due to poor design and use of cheap materials. The German brand MiaCara has collaborated with local design studio Ding 3000 (RSW) to change this scenario. They have created Albergo modular cat tree that consists of multiple cubic elements, which collectively look like an elegant bookshelf and provide your feline with space to climb, scratch, and sleep. It seamlessly suits different interior styles while fulfilling your cat’s needs.
Made of a powder-coated aluminum frame combined with a clear lacquered light ash wood, the Albergo modular cat tree is not only supposed to meet contemporary interior design standards, but also to fulfill needs of cats. Each cubic unit features a half-cut design, which not only provides cats with a private protected space but also allows them having a full glance of their kingdom.

Just prior to its launch in 2017, MiaCara was awarded the German Design Award Special Mention for Albergo cat tree. If you wish to buy, each cubic unit costs about €449 (US$550) at official the store.
