LIFX has released its dynamic range of outdoor lights. The lineup includes Wi-Fi-enabled and Matter-compatible string lights, path lights, spotlights, and outdoor neon flex lights. The company aims to stand out with its refined color blending style and high brightness levels of colored and white lights. For example, this new range of lights by LIFX has an adaptable color temperature ranging from 1,500 to 9,000K.
Earlier, LIFX lights were only 2.4 GHz WI-FI enabled, but now, the new outdoor lights are Matter compatible too, allowing the lights to be integrated with platforms such as Google Home, Alexa, Apple Home, and Samsung SmartThings.
For the time being, the string light in the lineup is not Matter enabled, it is expected to receive compatibility through future updates. However, you can personalize your outdoor ambiance to match any occasion by controlling all LIFX lights via an accompanying app or with a voice assistant.
Outdoor string light generates up to 600 lumens of brightness with 12 LED bulbs and is powered by an outlet connected via a 12-foot cord. If that is too bright for you, its white LEDs can transform the backyard from vibrant to a sophisticated, low-key vibe. It is priced at $129.
Exuding an old-school charm, the LIFX outdoor neon light generates up to 2150 lumens and comes in different lengths – 16 feet and 6.5 feet – to be used both indoors and outdoors. The light contains all the premium RGBW LEDs and bendable matte silicon, perfect for shaping and decorating around the trees, front porch, and staircase. You can buy it for $169.
