Tiny Heirloom is a family-run Portland-based tiny house manufacturer and is known to create the finest models in the country. Under its Signature Series, the company offers Majesty tiny house which is built on a triple-axle trailer, measuring 34 feet long and 8 feet wide. The small abode is cleverly fits a gooseneck bedroom, spacious living room, loft bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.
The timber-made exteriors of the Majesty tiny house can be customized as per customer choice. It has a split roof to accommodate more headroom in the gooseneck section. There are three big windows on the main floor with an entry door in the middle. The loft also has three windows to allow ample natural light to seep in during the day.
This home is inspired by the farmhouse-style theme and makes use of black and white colors in its interiors. The living room has a couch and serves as a nice relaxing place for the residents. Next to it is the kitchen with a black countertop integrated with a cooktop and sink. The drawers and cabinets below the working area are painted in white to give a nice contrast to the dark countertop. Three hanging shelves add functionality and character to this space. For dining, residents can use the breakfast bar. An apartment-size fridge lies close to a wall that separates the kitchen and bathroom.
A removable ladder can be used to access the loft bedroom which is complemented by another loft bedroom built on the gooseneck of the Majesty tiny house, thus creating space for four people to sleep. Just below the loft, you find a spacious bathroom that features a vanity sink, toilet, and shower area. The inhabitants can install a washer/dryer if required. Next to the bathroom, a staircase takes you to the gooseneck bedroom that can fit a queen-size bed and a couple of closets.

The Majesty tiny house has good insulation and the HVAC system helps control the indoor temperature. It has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector mounted in the kitchen ceiling for home and personal safety.
The manufacturer uses high-end materials to build this tiny house that comes with a RVIA certification and a one-year limited builder warranty. Offering 272 square feet of living space, the pricing of this micro-dwelling starts at $130,000.
