“Tiny houses are such a unique solution to a lot of our housing problems” COO of Oregon-based builder Tru Form Tiny, told Homecrux in an interview. Carroll’s relentless desire to provide affordable housing solutions, with the best facilities, is what makes Tru Form Tiny a success. The tiny house builder has recently introduced a new M-Series with the introduction of the M2 Tiny House; a 20-foot-long mobile dwelling that’s second to none, both in style and quality.
The M2 tiny house on wheels flaunts a robust, Pewter Green Hardi Lap and Cedar exterior. Inside, the compact abode packs a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and two loft bedrooms. The glass door opens into a bright, light-filled interior.
The kitchen is the first space you see upon entering. It has custom green cabinets, a large refrigerator, a convection microwave/oven, a two-burner cooktop, a sink, and an on-demand heater. There is a casement window to keep the airflow in the kitchen and a narrow catwalk overhead to store plants, etc.
A dining table for two sits opposite the cooking section. A washer/dryer unit is placed in the kitchen, near the bathroom, along with a full-height wardrobe to store clothes.

On the left side, a spacious and light-filled living room takes up one end of the house. It has an L-shaped sectional sofa flanked by big windows, a storage unit, and a coffee table. On the opposite end, the bathroom is located. It is outfitted with a standing shower cabin, a wall-mounted sink, a backlit mirror, and a flush toilet.
There are two lofts in the M2 tiny house that combined sleep four people. One of the lofts is accessible via a powder-coated steel ladder, while the other can be reached through stairs. The primary loft has a full-size bed and storage cabinets, whereas the second loft is a flexible area, which can serve as a kids’ bedroom or storage loft.
The M2 tiny house is priced at $95,000. However, given the mantra of affordability, the builder also offers an installment payment method that starts at $697 per month.

I like the True form tiny.
W/The green &natural wood inside.
I’ve been trying to find a tiny that I can pull. So I can go see my grandchildren. And stay a spill. Before going to the next ones home. I’m very excited see if you have others like it. I pay $750.00 rent where I live in an apartment. But I really want to have my own place to be paying for it. Please get back with me. Thank you.
Hi Livingston
Thanks for reading Homecrux. Our magazine cover tiny houses across the globe but we don’t design and manufacture them. Hence, you’ll have to contact the manufacturer that we generally link at the bottom end of the article.
Interested in the m2 tiny house. What kind of down payment do I need in order to qualify for the 700 per month? I have many questions but I’ll start with that one.
I would like to see a 10 x10 feet with just 1 level no loft for seniors. It can be done
